District Made Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a 100 proof whiskey from Washington, D.C.'s District Made Spirits. It's made from the 2014 harvest of corn and rye, distilled in April 2015, and aged for seven years. The mash bill is 58% corn, 25% Abruzzi rye, and 17% malted rye, and it's described as having notes of white peppercorns, sweet citrus fruits, and cherry cola. Some say it's lighter than it feels, and recommend drinking it straight or on the rocks.
