Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Liqueur is a light green liqueur from Mexico that has notes of poblano pepper, cheese-laden chile aroma, and a sweet palate. It has a 40% ABV and is kosher certified. The liqueur is made from fresh poblano chiles harvested in August, before they've fully ripened. A portion of the peppers are fire roasted, then hand-sliced, pureed, and steeped into batches of cane spirit for six months. The batches are then blended together and rested
