Baker's 7 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon from Kentucky that is aged for at least seven years in one of four rickhouses. It has a 107 proof, and is named after Baker, the grand-nephew of Jim Beam. Baker's 7 Year has a silky smooth texture, and is said to have aromas of fruit, toffee, dark fruit, and spice, with a nutty palate, tangy fruit, and coffee notes
