Bluecoat Elderflower Gin is a limited edition gin made by Philadelphia Distilling that uses the same base as their American Dry Gin, but is then rested on organic elderflowers. The gin has a light floral taste and heady fragrance, with notes of rose petals, lemon peel, and pith. The palate is floral, with more of that rose-elderflower tandem, while also showcasing an herbaceous side backed by bitter angelica, lychee, and peppermint. The gin has a floral finish showcasing orange peel and pink peppercorns.
