Bluecoat Gin for Seltzer is a 94 proof gin from Philadelphia Distilling that is made to be mixed with soda water for a refreshing cocktail. It is made with a botanical mix that includes organic, dried tropical yuzu and whole black limes, which gives it heightened, lemon lime citrus notes and crispness. The gin has a zesty and herbal palate with sawtooth coriander, Thai basil, and a soft touch of burnt caramel. On the nose, it has a trio of citrus leads with lemon peel, grapefruit, and key lime. The finish is clean with gentian, green peppercorns, horseradish, and ginger.
