Capel Pisco Reservado is a double-distilled, unaged brandy from Chile made from Pedro Ximenez grapes. The grapes are hand-selected for their aromatic value and the Pisco is then filtered three times for purity. The result is a bright, floral spirit with notes of green grape, lychee, white sugar, lemon rind, and peppery spice. It's said to be perfect for mixing Pisco Sours and cocktails with fruit juices.
