Cutwater Tequila Anejo is a tequila made from 100% blue agave, slow cooked in brick ovens, open fermented, and double distilled in "alambique" stills. It is then aged in Cutwater whiskey barrels and has notes of oak, caramel, and bourbon vanilla. Cutwater's bottled tequilas are additive-free.
