Domaine de Canton is a French ginger liqueur made in small batches at the St. Dalfour Distillery. It has a yellow-gold color, a ginger and honey aroma, and a cream-like texture. The liqueur is made by macerating dried baby Asian ginger in eau-de-vie, then adding Tahitian vanilla beans and Provençal orange blossom honey, and blending with cognac from France's Aquitaine region. The taste is a combination of ginger, honey, and vanilla.
