 is a limited-edition, cask-strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon that blends 11-, 13-, and 14-year-old whiskies. It was released in mid-September 2025 in the U.S. and select international markets. 

Production and aging details
  • Blending: The 
    2025 Cellar Aged bourbon
     is a blend of 74% 11-year-old, 10% 13-year-old, and 16% 14-year-old bourbon, making it the most mature whiskey ever officially released by Maker's Mark.
  • Aging process: After spending six years in traditional Kentucky rickhouses, the barrels are moved to the distillery's temperature-controlled limestone cellar for additional aging. This cooler environment slows the maturation, allowing for a deeper flavor profile with less of the bitter, woody tannins.
  • Proof: Bottled at cask strength, the 2025 release has an ABV of 56.45% (112.9 proof).
