Mt. Defiance Old Volstead's Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bourbon whiskey made by Mt. Defiance Cider & Distillery. The mash bill is 70% corn, 25% white wheat, and 5% malted barley. The wheat gives the bourbon a smooth, sweet flavor, and it's aged for two years in new charred American white oak barrels. Each batch is bottled from a single barrel, and the whiskey has notes of vanilla and caramel.
