Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition is a whiskey released in 2022 by Midleton Distillery (Irish Distillers Ltd.). It's the first edition of Redbreast's American Oak Series, and is made from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, and bottled at 101 proof. The whiskey is aged in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, before being finished in American Oak casks from the Taylor Family Elk Cave Farm in Kentucky
