Roku is a Japanese craft gin made by Suntory that combines six Japanese botanicals and eight traditional botanicals. The gin is made by distilling Japanese rice through a pot, then again with a pot and column still. The botanicals are harvested at the peak of their season to extract the best flavor. The six Japanese botanicals are:
- Sakura flower
- Sakura leaf
- Yuzu peel
- Sencha tea (green tea)
- Gyokuro tea (refined green tea)
- Sanshō pepper
