Vigilant District Dry Gin is a corn-based London Dry gin with an American twist. It has a dry-medium body and is 114 proof. The gin is made with 100% corn distillate, steeped, and distilled with smoky harissa, and includes 4-year-old Italian juniper, figs, fresh mint, lemon, hops, and hibiscus. It has classic London Dry aromas of piney juniper, spicy coriander, and crisp citrus, with a palate that withdraws from classicism with an added weight and texture.
