Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection 'Toasted' Bourbon: Yellowstone Toasted Bourbon is the inaugural release in the brand’s Special Finishes Collection. Produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, this expression builds on their classic recipe with an innovative wood-finishing process.

• Mash Bill & Base: It starts with the same 4-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon used for Yellowstone Select, featuring a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley.
• Stave-Finishing Process: Instead of finishing the liquid in a completely new toasted barrel, the distillers submerge five distinct types of toasted oak staves directly into the matured bourbon. These include high toast, American oak double-toast, high vanilla, rick house, and spice rack staves.
• Proof: Bottled at a robust 100 proof (50% ABV).
• Tasting Notes: The nose features toasted caramel, marshmallow, and fall baking spices. On the palate, it delivers a rich mix of walnut toffee, dark brown sugar, creamy vanilla, and white pepper, leading into a cocoa and crisp oak finish.
• Accolades: Highly regarded by spirits competitions, it won a Double Gold Medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, followed by a Gold Medal (93 points) at the 2025 competition
